1. The product
TokensLab is a proprietary desktop application. You may download and use the official installer on machines you control. The source code is not licensed for copying, modification, redistribution or sublicensing. GitHub hosts release binaries, not a public source tree.
2. No warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TokensLab does not invoice your AI provider, does not guarantee rate-card completeness, and reports unpriced models as a lower bound rather than zero.
3. Enterprise
Enterprise features described on this site (team workspaces, SSO, audit logs) may be offered under a separate agreement.
